DOMESTIC SHIPPING

FREE - Ochie offers free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States   

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

A Standard Flat Rate shipping fee of $25 is available for all International orders

By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date.

Ochie is not responsible for these additional costs.   

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Ochie will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.

Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Orders, including pre-orders, will be charged at the time of purchase. Please note the estimated ship date for pre-orders - which are indicated on the individual product pages. Our intention is to always ship all pre-orders prior to the estimated ship date, but we will contact you by email if there are any unexpected delays. Delivery time depends on the method of delivery selected during checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates. 

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.

Ochie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel confident about your purchase and offer domestic and international returns within 7 days of receipt, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in saleable condition. 

All items MUST have protective liners intact with all original tags attached, no strong odours, stains, or any other visible signs of wear. 

All packaging included in your purchase should be included with your return and are deemed part of the product. We are not obliged to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions and we may (a) refuse a refund in such case and (b) send such products back to the customer, in each case at the customer's cost.

Please note that there will be NO returns on jewelery items. Products on SALE are considered as FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items being returned MUST be shipped within 3 days of receiving return shipping label.


**We reserve full discretion in determining if items are in original and saleable condition.

For Domestic Returns,

1. Email us at customercare@ochieswim.com with your order # in the subject line and indicate whether you would like to return or exchange your item(s).

Exchanges are permitted based on availability.

If exchanging, please indicate style, size, and color of the item(s) you are requesting.

2. Within 3 business days, you will receive a confirmation and a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping will be deducted from your original payment total. Please make sure to include your order number from the confirmation email received at the time of purchase. We strongly recommend you obtain a receipt for your shipment, as ochieswim.com is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

3. Once we receive your package in the mail we will work quickly to process your return or exchange. For returns please allow up to 14 days for refunds to post.
